Who we are
Lucia & Rayna is an independent children’s story and entertainment brand. This policy applies to the official website at luciaandrayna.com and to internal tools we use to publish Lucia & Rayna content to our official social media accounts.
Children’s privacy
Our website does not require an account. We do not ask children to provide names, birthdays, email addresses, photographs, precise location, or other personal details. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Information processed when you visit
Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may automatically process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, approximate region, referral source, and event timestamps. We use this information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, understand which pages and games are useful, and fix technical problems. We do not use it to build family profiles or personalize advertising.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics in a limited configuration to measure visits and site usage. Advertising features, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. Analytics cookies last no more than one year, and detailed analytics data is retained for two months. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings.

Pinterest and social publishing tools
We use a private, internal publishing tool to prepare and publish Lucia & Rayna content to official brand accounts, including Pinterest. The tool is not offered to the public and does not publish on behalf of other users.
When an authorized brand owner connects an account, the platform may provide an access token, refresh token, account identifier, board identifier, Pin identifier, and related authorization details. We use this information only to authenticate the official account, read its relevant boards and Pins, create approved brand Pins, and record whether a publishing request succeeded. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage, kept out of our source code and logs, and are never sold or used for advertising profiles.
Authorization can be revoked from the connected platform account. We delete or replace stored authorization data when access is revoked, the integration is disconnected, or the credentials are no longer needed.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, serverless processing, and encrypted application storage. Google provides analytics. YouTube, Pinterest, and other social links lead to services governed by their own privacy policies. These providers may process information under their own terms when you use their services.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to maintain security, or to meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted secrets, and encryption for stored social authorization tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit the information we collect and who can access it.
Your choices
You may block or delete cookies in your browser, leave the site at any time, and manage permissions for connected social platforms in those platforms’ account settings. A parent, guardian, or authorized account owner may contact us with a privacy question or request concerning information associated with them.
